Creative Data Room

Every ad your category runs, watched and classified.

We collect the ads your competitors run, count them against the commercial calendar, download the videos and classify how each one opens. Not a dashboard of impressions — a read on what the category is actually doing with its creative, and where the gaps are.

Competitive reports tell you who spent. They never tell you what was on screen.

You can already find out how many ads a competitor is running. What you cannot find out — not without watching a few hundred videos yourself — is how they open, what register they use, whether the whole category has quietly converged on the same three seconds, and which positions nobody is occupying.

That last one is the useful part. The cheapest attention in any category is the opening everybody else has left empty.

What a data room contains

One competitive set — your brand and the brands you actually trade against — analysed four ways.

01

Volume and share of voice

How many ads each brand launches, how that splits between video and static, and how reach tracks against it. Quarter over quarter, so you see who ramped and who retreated.

Ads launched · video share · EU reach · quarter-over-quarter movement

02

The commercial calendar

Every retail moment your category trades on — Back to School, Black Friday, Christmas, Winter Sales, Spring, Summer Sales — with the ads each brand ran into it. A spike stops being a spike and becomes a decision you can read.

Per-moment head-to-head · who led each moment · share of the set

03

Creative mix

Every video classified on style, setting and framing, then compared against the field. The Δ column shows exactly where you over- and under-index against the category norm.

Video style · setting · framing · your mix vs the field

04

Hook Studio

The part nobody else does. We download the videos and classify the first three seconds — the device the opening uses, how it is executed, its emotional register — then rank those openings by how long ads using them survive.

Opening device · execution · register · longevity by opening type

How it works

  1. You name the set

Your brand, and the three to eight competitors you actually care about. We confirm the advertisers resolve cleanly before anything is built.

  2. We collect and classify

Every ad those advertisers ran in your window, pulled from the public ad library. Videos are downloaded and their openings classified across ten dimensions.

  3. You get a live room

A data room you can open, filter by retail moment, and present from. It re-syncs, so it stays current rather than going stale the week after it lands.
