Junior Sales Representative

The Role

You'll help expand Synthetic Brain's presence among fashion, beauty, and luxury brands. This is an opportunity to develop your sales career in one of the most exciting intersections of technology and creativity.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify prospective brand clients aligned with our positioning
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and warm introductions
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
• Support senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations
• Maintain CRM data and track pipeline progress
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity and industry trends
• Contribute to refining our sales messaging and outreach templates

You Bring

• 1-2 years in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
• Genuine interest in fashion, luxury, or creative industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong follow-through
• Comfort with rejection and persistence in pursuit of goals
• Fluent in English; Italian and/or additional European languages a strong plus

Bonus Points

• Existing network in fashion, beauty, or luxury industries
• Experience selling creative services or technology solutions
• Understanding of AI and its applications in content creation
