The Role
You'll learn to create production-ready video content using generative AI tools under the guidance of our senior creative team. This is an intensive, hands-on apprenticeship for emerging talents who want to master AI-powered video production for fashion, beauty, and luxury brands.
What You'll Do
- Assist in producing AI-generated video content for brand campaigns—social clips, editorial motion pieces, product videos
- Learn and apply professional workflows for AI video generation, prompt engineering, and output refinement
- Support senior artists in preparing video assets for client delivery
- Experiment with emerging AI video tools and contribute to internal R&D on new techniques
- Build a portfolio of commercial-grade AI video work
You Bring
- Strong visual sensibility and genuine passion for video, motion, and cinematic storytelling
- Familiarity with AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, Luma, or similar)
- Basic understanding of video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar)
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and receive direct feedback
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
Bonus Points
- Background in filmmaking, motion graphics, or video production
- Active personal projects using AI video tools
- Understanding of fashion industry visual standards and campaign aesthetics
