AI Artist — Stage

The Role

You'll learn to create production-ready visual content using generative AI tools under the guidance of our senior creative team. This is an intensive, hands-on apprenticeship for emerging talents who want to master AI-powered creative production at the highest level.

What You'll Do

• Assist in producing AI-generated imagery for brand campaigns—editorials, product photography, video content
• Learn and apply professional workflows for prompt engineering, image refinement, and quality control
• Support senior artists in preparing assets for client delivery
• Contribute to internal R&D on new AI tools and techniques
• Build a portfolio of commercial-grade AI creative work

You Bring

• Strong visual sensibility and genuine passion for fashion, beauty, or luxury aesthetics
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling, or similar)
• Basic understanding of image editing (Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and receive direct feedback
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus

Bonus Points

• Background in photography, graphic design, or fashion studies
• Active personal projects using AI creative tools
• Understanding of fashion industry visual standards
