AI Artist — Senior

The Role

As a Senior AI Artist, you'll lead the creative execution of campaigns for luxury and fashion brands, translating creative briefs into visually stunning AI-generated content. You'll own projects end-to-end and help define our creative standards.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and produce AI-generated visual content—editorials, campaigns, product imagery, video assets
• Lead creative direction on client projects from brief to final delivery
• Develop and refine advanced prompt engineering techniques for consistent, high-quality outputs
• Collaborate directly with clients' creative teams to translate brand vision into AI-produced work
• Mentor junior artists and contribute to team skill development
• Push creative boundaries through experimentation and R&D on emerging AI tools

You Bring

• 3+ years in visual content creation (photography, digital art, motion graphics, or related fields)
• Expert-level proficiency with generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Runway, Kling, Sora, etc.)
• Deep understanding of fashion and luxury brand aesthetics
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, and ideally video editing tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality
• Strong communication skills for client collaboration
• Portfolio demonstrating both creative vision and technical execution

Bonus Points

• Direct experience with fashion/luxury brand campaigns
• Motion design or video production background
• Experience training or supervising creative teams
