Account / Project Manager

The Role

You'll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team—ensuring projects run smoothly, expectations are exceeded, and relationships deepen over time. This role requires equal parts organizational precision and creative empathy.

What You'll Do

• Own client relationships from onboarding through delivery and beyond
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent campaigns
• Translate client briefs into clear creative directions for our production team
• Coordinate feedback loops between clients and artists to ensure alignment
• Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and propose additional services
• Develop and optimize project management processes as we scale
• Report on project performance and client satisfaction metrics

You Bring

• 3+ years in account management or project management, ideally in creative agencies, production companies, or fashion/luxury environments
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Natural ability to build trust and rapport with demanding, high-expectation clients
• Fluency in creative production workflows and terminology
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
• Calm under pressure; comfortable managing competing priorities
• Fluent in English; Italian is highly desirable; additional languages a plus

Bonus Points

• Experience with fashion, beauty, or luxury brand clients
• Understanding of AI creative production workflows
• Background in creative direction or visual production
