Direction, casting, styling and edit are done by our team, the way a production studio works. The research behind that direction runs on real market evidence rather than references alone - what a category is actually putting on screen, which openings hold attention, where the media spend is going - supplied by our Creative Data Room (see below). AI is how the work then gets produced at volume. The page is the single entry point to everything we produce: four production lines - what a client buys - each one naming the services that produce it, followed by the full service index. Every visual on the page links into the portfolio case, proof-of-concept project or story it came from, and each service page links back to the production lines it feeds. ### Hook Videos URL: /production#hook-videos Short vertical films built to stop the scroll: the product, the gesture, the payoff, in under ten seconds. 9:16 and 1:1 cuts, multiple hooks per product, ready for paid social. Made with AI Product Videos, AI Product Advertising and AI Videos. ### Branding Films URL: /production#branding-films Cinematic films that carry the brand rather than the SKU. Concept and storyboard, 16:9 and 9:16 masters, campaign-ready edits, produced end to end without a shoot week. Made with AI Videos, AI Model Videos and AI Editorials. ### Editorials URL: /production#editorials Full editorial campaigns - models, styling, set and light - built to sit next to traditional shoots. Editorial image sets, consistent models and product, seasonal drops on demand. Where a normal competitive report tells you who spent, the data room tells you what was actually on screen — because the video creatives are downloaded and classified, not just counted. ### How it works 1. **You name the set.** Your brand plus the three to eight competitors you actually trade against. Advertisers are resolved and confirmed before anything is built. 2. **We collect and classify.** Every ad those advertisers ran in the window, pulled from the public Meta Ad Library (EU). Video creatives are downloaded and their first three seconds classified across ten dimensions. 3. **You get a live room.** A data room that can be opened, filtered by retail moment, and presented from. It re-syncs rather than going stale. ### What a data room contains - **Volume and share of voice** — ads launched per brand, split of video vs static, EU reach, and quarter-over-quarter movement showing who ramped and who retreated. - **The commercial calendar** — every retail moment the category trades on (Back to School, Black Friday, Christmas, Winter Sales, Spring, Summer Sales) with the ads each brand ran into it, which brand led the moment, and its share of the set. - **Creative mix** — every video classified on video style (editorial, product-focused, graphic-based, lifestyle, UGC-style, demo/how-to), setting (studio, on location/lifestyle, graphic/animated, outdoor/nature) and framing (product only, model/full body, close-up/detail, mixed), with a delta column showing where a brand over- or under-indexes against the field. - **Hook Studio** — the first three seconds of every video ad classified on opening device (spectacle-no-promise, brand intro/null hook, claim/promise, offer-led, anticipation/open loop, mid-story drop, problem call-out, question/direct address, social proof), execution (product beauty, establishing scene, product in hand, staged/absurd, POV/handheld, talking head, text card, animation/graphic, before/after) and emotional register (aspirational, informative, humour, empathy, urgency/tension, shock). Openings are ranked by long-runner rate — the share of ads using them still live past 60 days — and carry a reach index where 100 is the market base for the set. - **Outliers and organic** — each brand's highest-reach ads, plus an Instagram snapshot covering followers, content mix, posting frequency and engagement. ### Reading the numbers Reach tracks media budget and brand size at least as much as creative quality, so comparisons are only meaningful within a comparable advertiser tier. Cuts backed by fewer than 10 creatives are marked low-confidence and are never used to support a headline claim. ### Published studies Every study is published in full and ungated at https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/reports. ### Premium outerwear does not discount for Black Friday. It launches. URL: https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/reports/bf-2025-premium-outerwear-italy Market: Premium Outerwear — Italy | Moment: Black Friday / Cyber 2025 | 8 brands | 584 ads analysed | Source: Meta Ad Library (EU) | Published 2026-09-28 Brands: Canada Goose, Herno, Colmar, Moncler, Woolrich, Napapijri, K-Way, Save the Duck We collected every ad eight premium outerwear brands launched in Italy in November and December 2025. 584 ads, and a category that runs faster through Black Friday without saying so: barely one ad in twenty names the day. Key findings: - 1.6× — Outerwear speeds up for Black Friday — but it was already running. The set launched 266 ads in the 23 days from 10 November to 2 December: 11.6 a day, against 7.0 a day across the year. The 23 days before it ran at 11.7 a day. Black Friday sits inside the autumn launch season; it does not create one. - 32 of 584 — Almost nobody says the words. Only 32 ads launched in November and December name Black Friday, and 56 carry any discount or promo wording (estimates from ad copy). Canada Goose, Herno and Moncler ran 288 ads between them without naming Black Friday once. - 0.37× vs 2.96× — The calendar is a choice. K-Way launched at 0.37× its normal pace during Black Friday and 1.84× through the rest of December. Woolrich did the mirror image: 2.96× in the Black Friday window, 0.48× after it. Same category, same month, opposite bets. ### Four fashion markets, four Black Fridays URL: https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/reports/black-friday-four-fashion-markets-italy Market: Fashion, four segments — Italy | Moment: Black Friday / Cyber 2025 | 30 brands | 5,786 ads analysed | Source: Meta Ad Library (EU) | Published 2026-09-21 Brands: Gucci, Prada, Loewe, Jacquemus, Valentino, Alo Yoga, Skims, True Classic, Nike, Herno, K-Way, Colmar, Woolrich, Moncler, Save the Duck, Canada Goose, Napapijri, Autry, Golden Goose, P448, Philippe Model, MOA Concept, Premiata, Hogan, Crime London, Ghoud, Voile Blanche, Santoni, Candice Cooper, Stokton Luxury houses, performance and DTC labels, premium outerwear and premium sneakers — 30 brands advertising in Italy, 5,786 ads launched in November and December 2025. One market names Black Friday in a third of its ads. Another never says it at all. Key findings: - 35% vs 0% — One market shouts it, one never says it. Performance and DTC labels name Black Friday in 1,116 of 3,199 ads launched in November and December. The five luxury houses: none of 808, and no discount wording either. Outerwear (5.5%) and sneakers (9.1%) sit much closer to luxury than to DTC (estimates from ad copy). - 2.1× — Pace follows the discount, brand by brand. Performance launched at 2.06× its normal rate in the Black Friday window — but True Classic ran at 4.28× and Nike at 0.59×. Luxury's 1.63× is almost all Valentino (4.69×); without it the luxury houses ran at 1.08×, barely above normal. - 5 days — Discount creative is built to be switched off. The median performance ad launched in the window stayed live 5 days. Luxury: 9. Sneakers: 10. Outerwear: 13. The market that leans hardest on the offer has the most disposable creative. ### When does Black Friday start? Four industries, one calendar URL: https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/reports/black-friday-2025-across-industries-italy Market: Fashion, Beauty, Pet, Grocery — Italy | Moment: Black Friday / Cyber 2025 | 73 brands | 32,580 ads analysed | Source: Meta Ad Library (EU) | Published 2026-09-14 Brands: Save the Duck, K-Way, Herno, Colmar, Woolrich, Moncler, PANGAIA, ECOALF, Canada Goose, Napapijri, Jacquemus, Loewe, Prada, Skims, Alo Yoga, True Classic, Nike, Gucci, Autry, Golden Goose, P448, Philippe Model, MOA Concept, Premiata, Hogan, Crime London, Ghoud, Voile Blanche, Santoni, Candice Cooper, Stokton, Garnier, Clarins, Bottega Verde, La Roche-Posay, Dior Beauty, YSL Beauty, Equilibra, Wycon Cosmetics, Guerlain, NIVEA, Armani beauty, SHISEIDO, Collistar, CeraVe Skincare, Diego dalla Palma Milano, Kiko Milano, Maybelline New York, PUPA Milano Italy, NABLA Cosmetics, Rougj, Deborah Milano, Charlotte Tilbury, Arcaplanet, Zooplus, L'Isola dei Tesori, Robinson Pet Shop, Lidl Italia, Esselunga, Eurospin, PENNY Italia, MD, Coop, Carrefour Italia, ALDI Italia, Bennet, Pam Panorama, Conad, Fressnapf Deutschland (DE), Das Futterhaus (DE), Zooplus (DE), Dehner (DE), Pets Deli (DE) Before planning Black Friday 2026, we went back to 2025: every ad 68 Italian brands in fashion, beauty, pet and grocery launched from late September to mid-January, week by week. Who starts early, who shouts discounts, and who stays quiet — with German pet retail alongside for contrast. Key findings: - 20 Oct — Beauty and fashion start three weeks early. The first ad in our Italian sets to name Black Friday launched on 20 Oct (Collistar, a newsletter preview). Fashion followed on 27 Oct with "early access" ads from Alo Yoga and Crime London — 494 fashion ads named the moment before the window even opened. Grocery waited until 5 Nov–6 Nov (Conad, then Eurospin). - 55% — Pet shouts, but does not spend more. Italian pet retailers named Black Friday in 54.5% of their window ads and used discount wording in 77.3% — the loudest of the four. Yet they launched 6.1% of their year in the window, just under an even pace. - 1.5× — Fashion ramps; grocery carries on. Italian fashion launched ads at 1.51× its normal daily rate in the window and beauty at 1.35×; grocery (0.97×) and pet (0.97×) ran at business as usual. The quietest are the luxury names: Gucci, Prada, Golden Goose, Dior Beauty and Guerlain launched into the window without once naming it. ### How 13 Italian premium sneaker brands sell a sneaker URL: https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/reports/premium-sneakers-italy-2026 Market: Premium sneakers — Italy | Moment: Always-on · Sep 2025 – Sep 2026 | 13 brands | 9,101 ads analysed | Source: Meta Ad Library (EU) | Published 2026-09-07 Brands: Autry, Golden Goose, P448, Ghoud, Voile Blanche, Hogan, Philippe Model, Premiata, Santoni, MOA Concept, Crime London, Candice Cooper, Stokton We collected every ad 13 premium sneaker brands launched in Italy over the last twelve months — 9,101 of them — and looked at how they spend the year: which moments they push, how much of it is video, how often the same film is re-run, and who uses Black Friday to talk about price. Key findings: - 6.8% — Black Friday is not the sneaker peak. The set launched 6.8% of its year's ads in the 23 days around Black Friday — barely above the 6.3% an even pace would give. Winter Sales and the Spring Drop both launch more ads per day. What Black Friday changes is the format: video launches run at 1.6× their yearly pace. - 5.7× — Golden Goose re-runs its films; the others make more of them. Of Golden Goose's video ads we have fingerprinted, 286 carry just 50 films — and four films account for 167 of those ads. Autry runs about 2.0 ads per film and P448 about 2.3. Two different ways to buy attention with video, not a quality ranking. - 5 of 12 — Five brands talk price; the rest talk product. Of the 12 brands that launched ads in the Black Friday window, 5 named it in their copy — P448, Voile Blanche, Philippe Model, MOA Concept, Crime London. Golden Goose, Autry, Hogan, Premiata, Santoni kept running launches, gifting and events instead. ### How German pet retail opens its videos URL: https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/reports/german-pet-retail-video-openings Market: Pet retail — Germany | Moment: Always-on · 12 months of launches | 5 brands | 7,011 ads analysed | Source: Meta Ad Library (EU) | Published 2026-08-31 Brands: Fressnapf Deutschland, Pets Deli, Zooplus, Das Futterhaus, Dehner We classified the first three seconds of 1,490 distinct films from five German pet brands — Fressnapf, Das Futterhaus, Zooplus, Dehner and Pets Deli — across a full year of launches. The market opens with a problem, speaks plainly, and is shaped far more by one D2C brand than by the four retailers. Key findings: - 69% — One D2C brand writes the market average. Pets Deli made 1,032 of the 1,490 films we analysed; the four retailers together made 458. Any "German pet market" opening mix is mostly a Pets Deli mix — so we show the brands side by side, not just the total. - 4 of 5 — The open loop is the opening that survives the budget correction. Measured against each brand's own median reach, open loop openings index above par at four of the five brands (105 to 198). It is the one opening that holds up once you take budget out of the picture. - 159 vs 11 — Pets Deli keeps films; retailers rotate them. Pets Deli has 159 films that ran 60 days or more. Fressnapf, Zooplus, Dehner and Das Futterhaus have 11 between them. The retailers are running a weekly offer cycle; Pets Deli is running a library. ### The volantino playbook: how Italian retail sells the monthly offer URL: https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/reports/volantino-playbook-italy-preview Market: Grocery, GDO + Pet retail — Italy | Moment: Always-on · 12 months of launches | 16 brands | 56,684 ads analysed | Source: Meta Ad Library (EU) | Published 2026-08-24 Brands: Arcaplanet, Lidl Italia, Decathlon Italia, Esselunga, Conad, Eurospin, PENNY Italia, MD, Coop, Carrefour Italia, ALDI Italia, Bennet, Pam Panorama, Zooplus, L'Isola dei Tesori, Robinson Pet Shop Sixteen Italian retailers, a year of launches, and the question every trade-marketing team asks each month: how do you put the offer on screen? 3,815 offer creatives from fifteen of them — grocery, discount, sport and pet — classified the same way: the offer, the price, the layout and the urgency. Key findings: - 4 playbooks — The market splits four ways. The sale event is the leading offer at six retailers (Lidl, PENNY, Bennet, MD, ALDI, Conad), % off at five (Arcaplanet, L'Isola dei Tesori, Zooplus, Carrefour, Coop), the hero price at three (Eurospin, Decathlon, Pam Panorama) — and Esselunga alone leads with the loyalty-card price. There is no single Italian volantino style. - 11 of 15 — The date window is the grocery standard. Eleven retailers put a validity date on at least a third of their offer creatives — Esselunga on 83%. Scarcity cues are almost unused: "while stocks last" peaks at 4% (ALDI), and only Zooplus uses a countdown on more than 4% of creatives. - 9 of 12 — Hero-price creative is the kind that gets kept. Where there are enough of them to compare, hero-price creatives run at least as long as the retailer's typical creative at nine of twelve retailers — at Esselunga and Pam Panorama 14 days against 8. ALDI is the exception (4 vs 7). Sale events are not uniformly short-lived: they run about one flyer cycle, whatever the retailer's own rhythm. - 29% vs 54% — Digital creative drops the flyer. Where a retailer runs both, its digital creatives carry a validity date on 29% against 54% for its store-traffic creatives, and a flyer cover on 8% against 27% — lower at seven or more of ten retailers, higher at no more than one. ### How Italian fashion and sneaker brands actually ran Black Friday 2025 URL: https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/reports/black-friday-2025-fashion-sneakers-italy Market: Fashion + Sneakers — Italy | Moment: Black Friday / Cyber 2025 | 9 brands | 1,007 ads analysed | Source: Meta Ad Library (EU) | Published 2026-08-17 Brands: Autry, P448, Golden Goose, Herno, Colmar, Moncler, Woolrich, K-Way, Save the Duck We collected every ad nine Italian fashion and sneaker brands ran around Black Friday 2025, then classified how each video opened. 1,007 ads, 236.1M reach, and a market that almost all opens the same way. Key findings: - 95% — Nearly every brand opens the same way. Of classified openings are aspirational in register, and 84% are either pure spectacle with no promise or a bare brand intro. Almost nobody opens with a claim, a question, or a problem. - 48× — The openings nobody uses are the ones that travelled. Humour openings index at 4825 against a base of 100. Informative indexes at 2426. Both sit on single-digit sample sizes — which is exactly why they are worth testing. - 308 vs 143 — Black Friday is crowded, not biggest. The set ran 143 video ads in November — and 308 across Spring. Both moments bring all nine brands onto the field; Spring carries twice the volume. ### Brand archives Every ad a brand ran, playable, with its launch calendar: - [Alo Yoga](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/alo-yoga) - [Skims](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/skims) - [True Classic](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/true-classic) - [Nike](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/nike) - [Gucci](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/gucci) - [Jacquemus](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/jacquemus) - [Prada](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/prada) - [ECOALF](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/ecoalf) - [PANGAIA](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/pangaia) - [Canada Goose](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/canada-goose) - [Herno](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/herno) - [Moncler](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/moncler) - [K-Way](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/k-way) - [Colmar](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/colmar) - [Woolrich](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/woolrich) - [Save the Duck](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/save-the-duck) - [Napapijri](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/napapijri) - [Loewe](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/brands/loewe) ### Commercial moments - [Back to School](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/moments/back-to-school) - [Black Friday / Cyber](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/moments/black-friday) - [Christmas / Gifting](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/moments/christmas) - [Winter Sales / Saldi](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/moments/winter-sales) - [Spring Launch (SS)](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/moments/spring-launch) - [Summer Sales](https://www.synthetic-brain.com/data-room/moments/summer-sales) ## Insights — AI Content Creation Knowledge Hub URL: /insights Expert articles on how AI is transforming visual content creation for brands. It makes AI videos, AI photography, on-model imagery and brand editorials for fashion, beauty, luxury, design and e-commerce brands, combining human art direction with an AI production line, and runs the Creative Data Room, a public archive of the ads European brands actually ran. **Q: What does Synthetic Brain produce?** A: Four production lines: hook videos (short vertical product teasers for paid social), branding films, editorial campaigns, and product shots for e-commerce at volume. Behind them sit services for AI video, AI model videos, AI product videos, AI shooting and AI product advertising. **Q: Which brands has Synthetic Brain worked with?** A: Clients include Save The Duck, Paul&Shark, Agnona, Eleventy, Autry, Monnalisa, Calzedonia, Damiani, Flos, Rebeya and Rougj, across fashion, beauty, jewelry and design. The full portfolio is at synthetic-brain.com/portfolio. **Q: How is Synthetic Brain different from an AI tool?** A: It is a studio, not software. Art directors with backgrounds at brands like Loro Piana, Max Mara and Diesel set the creative direction, market evidence from the Creative Data Room informs it, and every asset is reviewed by a person for brand consistency and product accuracy. **Q: What is the Creative Data Room?** A: The Creative Data Room is Synthetic Brain’s public archive of the advertising European brands actually ran, playable in full, with studies on share of voice, the commercial calendar and how video ads open their first three seconds. It is free to browse at synthetic-brain.com/data-room. **Q: How much can AI content save compared to a traditional shoot?** A: Brands typically see 50 to 80% lower cost per asset than traditional photo and video production, and AI shooting can reduce photography costs by up to 94%, while producing many more assets and variants. **Q: What is AI content creation for brands?** A: AI content creation uses artificial intelligence to generate professional-quality visual content — videos, product photography, model imagery, and brand editorials — for fashion, beauty, design, and e-commerce brands. Synthetic Brain's AI studio reduces production costs by 50-80% while increasing output volume 5-10x compared to traditional photography and video production. **Q: How much does AI content creation cost compared to traditional production?** A: Brands typically see 50-80% cost reduction per asset compared to traditional photography and video production. AI shooting specifically reduces photography costs by up to 94%. The ROI increases further when accounting for faster time-to-market and the ability to run more A/B tests with AI-generated variants. **Q: Which industries benefit most from AI content creation?** A: Fashion, beauty, design & furniture, and e-commerce brands benefit most — any brand needing high-volume visual content at scale. Fashion brands use AI for lookbooks and seasonal campaigns. Beauty brands use it for product imagery across shade ranges. Furniture brands use AI virtual staging to show products in multiple room configurations. E-commerce brands use it to photograph hundreds of SKUs efficiently. **Q: How does AI improve A/B testing for marketing campaigns?** A: AI generates 20-50 creative variants per campaign concept in hours instead of weeks. Traditional production limits brands to testing 2-3 variants. With AI, brands run 10x more tests and see 35% better click-through rates and 25% better conversion rates. Test across models, backgrounds, compositions, and color treatments. **Q: Can AI maintain brand consistency across content?** A: Yes. Synthetic Brain's platform uses style profiles that capture lighting, aesthetic direction, and color palettes. These profiles guide every output to match the brand's visual identity. The automated QA system achieves 99.9% quality accuracy through multi-stage quality gates combining automated checks and human review. **Q: How do fashion brands use AI content creation?** A: Fashion brands use AI for e-commerce product photography (generating professional images for every SKU), campaign and editorial content (exploring creative directions at lower cost), lookbook production (seasonal content without full photo shoots), and social media content (maintaining daily posting cadence). Brands report 70% cost reduction and 5-10x output increase. **Q: What is AI virtual staging for furniture brands?** A: AI virtual staging places furniture products in realistic room environments digitally — a sofa can be shown in a Scandinavian apartment, British cottage, or modern Italian loft, all from a single product photo. Furniture brands see 80% reduction in photography costs and show 10x more product configurations to customers. **Q: How does Synthetic Brain's AI platform work?** A: The enterprise platform provides: creative production tools (video, photography, high-volume campaigns), brand intelligence (style profiles, AI creative assistant), multi-brand workspace management, review and approval workflows with 99.9% QA accuracy, and analytics dashboards. It delivers 10-100x productivity increase for high-volume campaigns. **Q: Can I see samples before committing?** A: Yes. Book a call at /inquiry: the team walks you through creative samples in your own aesthetic, a content strategy for your goals and a clear cost breakdown. ### AI Video Production (https://www.synthetic-brain.com/ai-videos) **Q: What is AI video production?** A: AI video production is making brand and product videos with generative AI instead of a traditional shoot. Synthetic Brain art-directs each film, generates it on an AI production line and reviews every frame for brand and product accuracy, so you get campaign-grade video without a set, crew or shoot week. **Q: What kinds of AI videos does Synthetic Brain make?** A: Hook videos (short vertical product teasers for paid social), branding films (cinematic brand storytelling), AI model videos (on-model fashion and product motion) and AI product videos for e-commerce pages, marketplaces and launches, delivered in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 cuts. **Q: Why use video on product pages?** A: Video shows fit, movement and texture that stills cannot, which is why product pages with video convert better. AI makes it practical to give every product its own video instead of only the hero SKUs. **Q: How does working with Synthetic Brain work?** A: You share the brief, products and brand guidelines; our art directors set the creative direction, informed by what your category is actually running in the Creative Data Room; the AI production line generates the work; and every asset passes a human review for brand consistency and product accuracy before delivery. Start at synthetic-brain.com/inquiry. **Q: Will the product and brand look exactly right?** A: Yes. Brand consistency is the point of the process: style profiles hold your palette, light and art direction, products are preserved from your own reference images, and every asset is reviewed by a person against your guidelines before it ships. ### AI Model Videos (https://www.synthetic-brain.com/ai-model-videos) **Q: What are AI model videos?** A: AI model videos are on-model fashion and product films where the model is generated by AI. Your real garments or products are worn and shown in motion, multi-pose, by a consistent AI model, without casting, travel or a shoot day. **Q: Can the same AI model appear across a whole campaign?** A: Yes. The same AI model can carry an entire season, across stills and video, so the campaign stays visually consistent and you are never blocked by availability or reshoots. **Q: What do you need from us to make AI model videos?** A: Product images you already have, such as still life, flat lay or fit-model photography, plus your brand guidelines and a brief. We handle casting the AI model, styling, set and motion. ### AI Product Videos (https://www.synthetic-brain.com/ai-product-videos) **Q: What is an AI product video?** A: An AI product video is a short film of your product, rotating, in use or in context, generated with AI from existing product photography. It is built for product detail pages, marketplaces and social ads. **Q: Can you make videos for a whole catalogue?** A: Yes. Because each video starts from photos you already have, AI product video scales across a full catalogue rather than only hero products, in the formats each channel needs. ### AI Brand Editorials (https://www.synthetic-brain.com/ai-editorials) **Q: What is an AI brand editorial?** A: An AI brand editorial is a full campaign image set, with models, styling, location and light, created with generative AI under human art direction. It is built to sit next to traditional shoots without anyone asking which was which. **Q: What are AI editorials used for?** A: Seasonal campaigns and lookbooks, product launch narratives, brand storytelling, social campaigns and e-commerce storytelling. Because there is no shoot to book, brands can drop new editorials whenever the calendar needs them. **Q: Who directs the creative?** A: Our art directors, led by co-founder Anaïs Isabelle, who has directed creative for Loro Piana, Max Mara, Diesel, Pomellato, Golden Goose and Save the Duck. AI is the production method; the direction is human. ### AI Shooting & Photography (https://www.synthetic-brain.com/ai-shooting) **Q: What is an AI photo shoot?** A: An AI photo shoot creates on-model, still life and campaign photography with AI models and generated sets instead of a studio day. Your real products are preserved from your reference images and placed on the model, in the scene and light the brief calls for. **Q: How much cheaper is AI photography than a traditional shoot?** A: AI shooting can reduce photography costs by up to 94% versus a traditional production, because there is no studio, crew, travel or model booking, and no reshoot when a scene needs to change. **Q: Can AI photography replace on-model e-commerce shots?** A: Yes. Starting from still life or fit-model photos, we cast an AI model, style the look and generate on-model shots, crops and angles for product pages, which is how brands cover a full catalogue on-model. **Q: Will the product and brand look exactly right?** A: Yes. Brand consistency is the point of the process: style profiles hold your palette, light and art direction, products are preserved from your own reference images, and every asset is reviewed by a person against your guidelines before it ships. ### AI Product Advertising (https://www.synthetic-brain.com/ai-product-advertising) **Q: What is AI product advertising?** A: AI product advertising is ad creative, stills and short videos for social, marketplaces and e-commerce campaigns, produced with generative AI. Volume is the advantage: more concepts and variants per campaign, so testing finds the winners faster. **Q: How does AI help ad testing?** A: AI can generate 20 to 50 creative variants per campaign concept in hours instead of weeks. More variants mean more A/B tests, which is where the performance gains come from. **Q: How do you decide what the ads should look like?** A: With market evidence. The Creative Data Room shows which ads a category actually runs, how they open and how long they stay live, so the creative direction starts from what is working rather than guesswork. ### AI Content for Fashion Brands (https://www.synthetic-brain.com/fashion) **Q: How do fashion brands use AI for content?** A: Fashion brands use AI for seasonal campaigns and lookbooks, on-model e-commerce photography, AI model videos for product pages and paid social, and fast seasonal drops. Brands report up to 70% lower content production costs while producing 5 to 10 times more output. **Q: Can AI-generated fashion imagery keep garments accurate?** A: Yes. Garments are generated from your own product photography and every asset is checked by a person for cut, colour, fabric and detail before delivery. **Q: Which fashion brands has Synthetic Brain worked with?** A: The portfolio includes fashion and luxury brands such as Save The Duck, Paul&Shark, Agnona, Eleventy, Autry, Monnalisa and Wushu Ruyi. See every case at synthetic-brain.com/portfolio/industry/fashion. Colour and light are locked in the brand style profile, and every asset is reviewed by a person for shade, texture and packaging accuracy before delivery. **Q: Which beauty brands has Synthetic Brain worked with?** A: Beauty work includes haircare, makeup and intimate-care campaigns for Rebeya and P Pecchi by Rougj. One set of product photos can produce scenes across styles, rooms, seasons and finishes, so every colourway and configuration gets its own imagery. **Q: Which design brands has Synthetic Brain worked with?** A: Design work includes lighting brand Flos and Officina Della Scala.
